Training of employees on the new software "Mobisys 2.0"
Thorough employee training is a prerequisite to a smooth introduction of new business software at a company. For Mobility, Comerge manage and coordinate the training program, develop the training materials and conduct the training sessions. During the three months, 150 Mobility employees from various divisions (for example from the 24h call center, the fleet division or the customer service) participate in groups of 10 people maximum in our training modules covering basic and expert knowledge of the software "Mobisys 2.0". The positive feedback from the participants shows that we were able to create a friendly, constructive, and productive atmosphere in the training sessions.
